Description
The 68mm aluminium round bar is a solid, large-diameter rod extruded from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for strength, durability, and precise fabrication, it offers excellent performance in structural and mechanical applications that require both rigidity and corrosion resistance.
This profile is commonly used in the production of oversized shafts, support rollers, heavy-duty connectors, and custom-machined components for equipment used in transportation, marine systems, and industrial machinery. Its smooth surface and stable material properties allow for high-precision machining, welding, and anodising.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a clean mill finish. Optional powder coating or anodising can be applied upon request. Custom-cutting and special sizing services are available for project-based and high-volume requirements.
