Description
The 60mm aluminium round bar is a heavy-duty solid rod extruded from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its substantial diameter and reliable material properties, it is designed for structural, mechanical, and precision-engineered components that require high load resistance and excellent machinability.
This profile is commonly used in the production of drive shafts, heavy-duty spacers, support columns, industrial rollers, and large custom-machined parts. It performs well under demanding conditions, offering corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and a smooth surface suitable for anodising, welding, or precision CNC work.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish. Optional surface treatments such as anodising or powder coating can be applied to meet specific application needs. Cut-to-length and special sizing services are available for volume orders.
Manufactured to strict tolerances, this profile supports efficient processing and repeatability in industrial-scale production environments.
