Aluminium Round Bar 40mm
Description
The 40mm aluminium round bar is a solid, large-diameter profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Engineered for strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability, it is ideal for high-load industrial applications that require consistent material performance and dimensional accuracy.
Typical applications include structural shafts, drive components, base mounts, and reinforcement elements in machinery, transport systems, and architectural structures. Its clean surface and uniform geometry support precision CNC operations, welding, and surface finishing processes.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish. Optional powder coating or anodising is available to meet specific performance or aesthetic requirements. Custom cutting and project-based production runs can be arranged for large orders.
Produced under strict quality standards, this profile is suitable for demanding production environments that require scalability and repeatable results.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Delivery available worldwide via land, sea, or air freight.
