Description
The 30mm aluminium round bar is a heavy-duty, solid rod manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its substantial diameter and excellent mechanical properties, this profile is engineered for structural applications that require high strength, formability, and corrosion resistance.
It is widely used in the production of large-diameter shafts, mechanical linkages, load-distributing pins, and custom-machined parts in sectors such as machinery manufacturing, structural framing, and transport systems. The smooth surface and dimensional accuracy ensure reliable performance in both functional and aesthetic applications.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish. Upon request, it can be anodised or powder coated to meet durability or design specifications. Custom-cutting and special production runs are available based on project requirements and order volume.
These bars are produced with strict quality control, making them ideal for high-precision and repeatable industrial manufacturing processes.
