Description
The 100mm aluminium round bar is a solid, extra-large diameter rod produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its high structural integrity, excellent corrosion resistance, and consistent machinability, this profile is engineered for the most demanding industrial and engineering applications.
Its 100mm diameter makes it ideal for the production of heavy-duty shafts, base columns, rotary components, and custom-fabricated parts used in construction equipment, marine structures, transport systems, and high-load mechanical assemblies. The uniform surface and alloy properties allow for precise CNC machining, anodising, and surface treatments.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish. Optional powder coating or anodising can be applied as required. Cut-to-size and project-specific manufacturing services are available for large-volume orders.
