Description
The 84.5mm x 4mm aluminium flat bar is a wide and slim profile produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper, offering a balance of surface coverage, corrosion resistance, and lightweight strength. Its flat geometry makes it particularly useful in applications that require broad visibility or structural support without adding unnecessary bulk.
Common uses include panel reinforcement, architectural cladding, signage mounting, protective edging, and lightweight frames. The 4 mm thickness delivers moderate rigidity while still allowing for easy machining, drilling, and forming.
Supplied with a smooth mill finish, the profile can also be provided with anodised or powder-coated finishes upon request to suit various environmental and design requirements.
