Description
The 80mm x 2.4mm aluminium flat bar is a broad yet lightweight profile made from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for non-load-bearing applications requiring surface coverage and aesthetic alignment, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and machinability.
Ideal for panel framing, signage, architectural detailing, and decorative facades, the 2.4 mm thickness maintains enough rigidity for stability while remaining easy to process. Its wide 80 mm face makes it suitable for visual or protective surface installations.
Each bar is supplied in standard 6-metre lengths with a mill finish. Optional anodised or powder-coated finishes are available to improve environmental durability or match custom colour schemes.
