Aluminium Flat Bar 45mm x 24mm
Description
The 45mm x 24mm aluminium flat bar is a heavy-duty extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its large 24 mm thickness and wide 45 mm face, this profile delivers exceptional structural integrity, making it suitable for high-load, high-impact industrial applications.
It is widely used in press bases, heavy machinery mounting plates, structural connections, and vibration-resistant support systems. The dense cross-section provides excellent resistance to bending, torsional stress, and fatigue, even in demanding environments such as automated production lines or outdoor structural assemblies.
The profile is supplied with a smooth mill finish and supports all common machining processes such as CNC cutting, milling, and drilling. For applications requiring additional surface protection or design integration, anodised and powder-coated finishes are available upon request.
Each bar is supplied in standard 6-metre lengths. Cut-to-size, finishing, and bulk order services are available to meet project-specific needs.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Worldwide delivery via road, sea, or air freight.
