Aluminium Flat Bar 45mm x 11mm
Description
The 45mm x 11mm aluminium flat bar is a precision-engineered extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its 11 mm thickness and wide 45 mm face, this profile delivers a strong combination of rigidity, stability, and corrosion resistance—ideal for structural frameworks and mechanical assemblies.
It is frequently used in applications such as support brackets, pressure plates, fixture bases, and custom tooling components where a balance between mass and machinability is essential. The profile maintains excellent dimensional tolerance and performs reliably under moderate to high static loads.
Supplied with a clean mill finish, the bar is compatible with all standard fabrication techniques including CNC machining, drilling, and cutting. Optional anodised or powder-coated finishes are available to meet environmental, protective, or aesthetic requirements.
Each bar is delivered in standard 6-metre lengths. Cut-to-size and finishing options can be provided for bulk and project-based orders.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Worldwide delivery via road, sea, or air freight.
