Aluminium Flat Bar 40mm x 6.5mm
Description
The 40mm x 6.5mm aluminium flat bar is a high-strength, heavy-duty extrusion profile produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its robust 6.5 mm thickness and 40 mm width, this profile delivers exceptional load resistance and dimensional stability, making it an excellent choice for demanding structural and mechanical applications.
It is commonly used in machine subframes, structural mounting plates, high-load supports, and precision industrial assemblies. The enhanced thickness ensures minimal flex under compression or vibration, while the broad surface allows stable contact and even stress distribution during installation.
Supplied with a clean mill finish, this flat bar is compatible with all standard fabrication techniques including CNC machining, drilling, and milling. Surface treatment options such as anodising or powder coating can be added to meet project-specific durability or aesthetic requirements.
Each bar is delivered in 6-metre standard lengths. Cut-to-size and surface finishing options are available for volume production or project-based procurement.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Worldwide delivery via road, sea, or air freight.
