Description
The 40mm x 20mm aluminium flat bar is a solid, structural-grade extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its exceptionally thick 20 mm cross-section and broad 40 mm width, this profile is engineered for the most demanding load-bearing and mechanical support applications where maximum strength and stability are required.
Widely used in industrial machinery bases, structural mounting plates, custom-engineered components, and heavy-duty reinforcement systems, this profile provides superior resistance to bending, shear forces, and vibration. Its mass and geometry make it particularly suitable for static and dynamic installations subjected to continuous operational stress.
