Aluminium Flat Bar 40mm x 15mm
Description
The 40mm x 15mm aluminium flat bar is an ultra-rigid, heavy-duty extrusion profile engineered from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its wide face and thick 15 mm cross-section, this profile delivers exceptional resistance to deflection, impact, and torsional stress—making it a preferred choice for high-load structural and mechanical applications.
Commonly used in machine beds, press supports, heavy-duty brackets, tooling bases, and anchoring elements, this profile ensures stable load distribution in both static and dynamic environments. Its robust geometry offers a high moment of inertia, allowing it to maintain form under intense operational conditions.
The profile is supplied with a smooth mill finish and can be anodised or powder coated upon request for enhanced corrosion protection or to meet visual or functional requirements in exposed settings.
Each bar is delivered in 6-metre standard lengths. Cut-to-size and surface treatment services are available for volume production or project-specific needs.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
