Aluminium Flat Bar 40mm x 1.2mm
Description
The 40mm x 1.2mm aluminium flat bar is an ultra-lightweight, wide-format extrusion manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its large surface area and minimal thickness, this profile is engineered for non-structural applications where formability, aesthetics, and ease of handling are key requirements.
It is ideally suited for use in interior trims, signage panels, decorative facades, cabinet making, and lightweight framing systems. The 1.2 mm thickness ensures flexibility for bending and shaping, while the 40 mm width provides generous visual coverage and fastening surface.
Supplied with a smooth mill finish, this profile is easy to process using manual tools or automated CNC systems. It is also compatible with anodising and powder coating, making it suitable for colour-coordinated designs or corrosion-protected indoor use.
Each bar is delivered in 6-metre standard lengths. Cut-to-size and surface finishing services are available for production-scale orders.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Worldwide delivery via road, sea, or air freight.
