Description
The 34mm x 1.4mm aluminium flat bar is a wide-format, ultra-lightweight extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for applications where surface coverage is essential but structural load is minimal, this profile offers excellent corrosion resistance, smooth edge geometry, and ease of fabrication.
Its 1.4 mm thickness allows for maximum flexibility and minimal weight, making it ideal for decorative trims, signage components, interior fixtures, and low-load architectural detailing. The 34 mm width provides substantial visual presence and fastening area while maintaining easy workability.
Supplied with a clean mill finish, the profile is fully compatible with CNC cutting, bending, drilling, and punching processes. Surface finishing options such as anodising or powder coating are available to enhance aesthetics and durability in interior or sheltered exterior environments.
