Description
The 30mm x 3mm aluminium flat bar is a precision-engineered profile offering a balanced combination of surface coverage and moderate structural strength. Manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper, this profile delivers excellent corrosion resistance, clean edge finish, and machinability—making it suitable for both functional and aesthetic applications.
Its 3 mm thickness adds extra rigidity compared to thinner alternatives, making it suitable for reinforced edge trims, base plates, support fixtures, and industrial framing components. The 30 mm width provides a stable platform for surface mounting, while maintaining low weight for ease of handling in fabrication workflows.
The profile is supplied with a smooth mill finish, and can be easily processed using CNC routing, drilling, or manual tools. Optional anodising and powder coating are available for projects that require additional protection or a refined surface appearance.
