Description
The 26mm x 6.3mm aluminium flat bar is a precision-extruded profile made from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its non-standard yet practical dimensions, it offers a strong combination of moderate width and substantial thickness—making it ideal for medium- to heavy-duty structural and fabrication applications.
This profile is suitable for custom machine components, industrial framing, reinforcement plates, mounting rails, and general-purpose fixtures. The 6.3 mm thickness provides enhanced load-bearing performance, while the 26 mm width supports broader contact surfaces and structural alignment in assemblies.
Supplied with a smooth mill finish, the bar is compatible with CNC machining, cutting, milling, and drilling operations. It can be anodised or powder coated on request to enhance durability and surface protection.
