Description
The 25mm x 6mm aluminium flat bar is a heavy-duty extruded profile produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its substantial 6 mm thickness and 25 mm width, this profile is engineered for structural applications requiring high rigidity, mechanical strength, and excellent dimensional stability.
It is commonly used in load-bearing brackets, structural frames, reinforcement strips, heavy-duty machine bases, and custom fabrication projects. The added thickness ensures resistance to deflection under load, while maintaining corrosion resistance and ease of processing.
The profile is supplied with a smooth mill finish and is compatible with CNC machining, drilling, milling, and sawing. Optional surface finishes such as anodising or powder coating are available to improve resistance to wear, corrosion, and environmental conditions.
Each bar is delivered in 6-metre standard lengths. Cut-to-size and custom surface finishing can be arranged for volume orders.
