Aluminium Flat Bar 25mm x 4mm
Description
The 25mm x 4mm aluminium flat bar is a reinforced extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its broad surface and increased 4 mm thickness, this profile offers excellent strength, stability, and corrosion resistance—ideal for applications that require reliable mechanical performance and long-term durability.
Common uses include heavy-duty bracketing, machine enclosures, structural framing, reinforcement plates, and mounting components. The 4 mm thickness provides higher load-bearing capacity, while the 25 mm width ensures wide coverage in both horizontal and vertical installations.
Supplied with a smooth mill finish, this profile supports a full range of machining operations including CNC cutting, drilling, and milling. Anodised or powder-coated finishes are available on request to improve corrosion protection or achieve aesthetic objectives.
Each bar is delivered in standard 6-metre lengths. Cut-to-size and surface finishing services can be arranged for bulk orders.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Worldwide delivery via road, sea, or air freight.
