Description
The 20mm x 5mm aluminium flat bar with a 1 mm corner radius is a strong and compact extruded profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for applications requiring both mechanical stability and clean-edged geometry, it provides excellent rigidity, corrosion resistance, and surface quality.
The 5 mm thickness makes this profile ideal for demanding applications such as mounting plates, reinforcement elements, support frames, and mechanical fixtures. The 1 mm corner radius offers a sharper visual profile while still softening edges enough for safer handling and smoother surface finishing during powder coating or anodising.
The profile is delivered with a smooth mill finish and is fully compatible with CNC machining, drilling, cutting, and bending operations. Custom finishing and cutting services are available upon request for production environments.
