Aluminium Flat Bar 20mm x 4mm
Description
The 20mm x 4mm aluminium flat bar is a robust and rigid extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With a solid 4 mm thickness and moderate width, it delivers enhanced mechanical strength and dimensional stability—ideal for applications that demand greater structural support and durability.
This profile is commonly used in heavy-duty brackets, machine base frames, structural rails, support plates, and architectural fabrication. The 4 mm thickness makes it suitable for components exposed to stress, vibration, or frequent handling, while still allowing easy processing and integration.
Featuring a smooth mill finish, the bar is compatible with CNC machining, cutting, milling, and surface finishing operations. Optional surface treatments such as anodising or powder coating are available to meet project-specific aesthetic or corrosion resistance requirements.
Each bar is supplied in standard 6-metre lengths. Custom cut-to-size and surface finishing services are available for volume orders.
We supply aluminium flat bars to manufacturers, fabricators, and contractors seeking consistent quality and reliable supply for their operations.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
