The 20mm x 3mm aluminium flat bar is a versatile extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its moderate width and reinforced 3 mm thickness, this profile delivers increased rigidity while maintaining lightweight handling characteristics—ideal for a wide range of fabrication and structural support applications.
It is commonly used in machine guards, frame reinforcements, mounting plates, trim elements, and equipment housing components. The 3 mm thickness offers improved load resistance compared to thinner alternatives, making it suitable for parts exposed to moderate stress or frequent handling.
