Description
The 20mm x 3mm aluminium flat bar with a 1.5 mm corner radius is a reinforced extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its 3 mm thickness provides superior stiffness for medium-duty applications, while the 20 mm width allows broad surface coverage and mechanical stability in fabricated assemblies.
The added 1.5 mm corner radius ensures smoother edges, improving handling safety, surface aesthetics, and compatibility with powder coating or anodising processes. This makes the profile ideal for applications where both structural strength and finished appearance are important.
