Description

The 200mm x 20mm aluminium flat bar is a heavy-duty extrusion profile designed for demanding industrial and structural applications. Manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper, this profile offers outstanding strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional consistency across its wide surface.

Its substantial 20 mm thickness provides maximum rigidity and deflection resistance, making it ideal for use in load-bearing frameworks, machine bases, custom tooling platforms, and high-strength assemblies. The 200 mm width ensures full surface coverage in panel applications or large-scale support systems.

Supplied in 6-metre lengths with a smooth mill finish. Optional finishes such as powder coating or anodising are available for enhanced environmental resistance and project-specific requirements.
