Aluminium Flat Bar 160mm x 10mm
Description
The 160mm x 10mm aluminium flat bar is a wide and rigid extrusion profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its generous 160 mm width combined with a solid 10 mm thickness makes it ideal for high-strength structural applications where both coverage and load resistance are essential.
This flat bar is commonly used in industrial platforms, support plates, machine substructures, and base frames. The profile maintains excellent machinability, allowing efficient processing in CNC operations, drilling, and custom fabrication workflows. It is corrosion-resistant and lightweight compared to steel, offering long-term performance in outdoor and industrial environments.
Supplied in a clean mill finish, with optional surface treatments including anodising or powder coating upon request to suit aesthetic or durability requirements.
Preferred by engineers, metal fabricators, and OEM manufacturers who require dependable aluminium profiles for heavy-duty design and production.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
