Aluminium Flat Bar 120mm x 3mm

The 120mm x 3mm aluminium flat bar is a broad and lightweight extrusion manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its ultra-wide surface and slim profile make it ideal for applications such as panel cladding, signage, trims, and low-load architectural detailing.

Despite its thin structure, the 3 mm thickness provides enough rigidity for non-structural or decorative use, while the 120 mm width offers excellent coverage for aesthetic or protective purposes. The profile is easy to cut, drill, or surface-treat using standard fabrication techniques.

Delivered in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish, this profile can also be anodised or powder-coated upon request to suit visual or environmental requirements. Custom sizing and bulk processing options are available.
