Aluminium Flat Bar 110mm x 3mm
Description
The 110mm x 3mm aluminium flat bar is a wide and lightweight profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for applications requiring broad surface coverage with minimal weight, this profile is commonly used in trims, cladding, bracketing, and low-load structural assemblies.
The 3 mm thickness provides sufficient rigidity for non-load-bearing or moderately stressed components, while the 110 mm width ensures extensive surface area for attachment or coverage. Its smooth mill finish facilitates easy integration into production processes such as CNC machining, cutting, and surface treatment.
Available in 6-metre standard lengths, this profile can also be supplied with anodised or powder-coated finishes for increased durability and aesthetic appeal. Custom lengths and processing options are offered for volume orders.
We serve industrial clients with consistent-quality aluminium profiles designed for scalable and efficient fabrication.
➤ Minimum order quantity: 500 kg.
➤ Worldwide delivery via road, sea, or air freight.
