Description
The 100mm x 8mm aluminium flat bar is a heavy-duty extrusion profile produced from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With a generous 100 mm width and 8 mm thickness, it provides superior rigidity and load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for demanding structural and mechanical applications.
This profile is commonly used in machine base plates, large-scale frames, reinforcement systems, and architectural features. Its 1 mm corner radius offers improved edge integrity and compatibility with CNC machining, cutting, and finishing operations. The flat bar's wide face allows for effective surface contact, while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance.
Each bar is supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish. Optional anodised and powder-coated finishes are available to suit both functional and aesthetic requirements.
