The 100mm x 7mm aluminium flat bar is a robust and wide-format extrusion manufactured using EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its generous surface width and increased 7 mm thickness, this profile offers superior rigidity for structural and architectural applications.

Ideal for use in fabrication of base plates, machine structures, enclosure frames, and heavy-duty decorative panels, it performs well under machining, bending, and surface finishing operations. The profile’s strength-to-weight ratio makes it a reliable choice for volume production and industrial design.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with mill finish. Optional finishes such as anodising or powder coating are available upon request for enhanced durability and appearance.
