Description

The 100mm x 3.5mm aluminium flat bar is a broad yet moderately rigid extrusion profile made from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its generous 100 mm width and 3.5 mm thickness offer a balance between surface coverage and structural support, making it ideal for non-load-bearing frameworks, machine guards, signage, and architectural detailing.

This flat bar is widely used in fabrication projects that require precise machining, cutting, and surface treatments. It features a smooth mill finish and is also available with optional anodised or powder-coated surfaces to improve weatherability or aesthetics.

Supplied in standard 6-metre lengths, with custom cutting and finishing services available for high-volume orders.
