Description

The 100mm x 20mm aluminium flat bar is a heavy-duty extrusion profile engineered from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Its high mass per metre and large contact surface make it ideal for industrial-strength applications such as baseplates, machine beds, support beams, and custom fabrication in mechanical engineering and construction.

The substantial 20 mm thickness offers outstanding rigidity and vibration resistance, while the 100 mm width provides excellent load distribution. Its smooth mill finish ensures compatibility with standard processes such as CNC cutting, welding, drilling, and surface treatments.

Anodised and powder-coated finish options are available upon request for increased corrosion resistance or improved aesthetics. Standard supply length is 6 metres. Custom cuts and production runs can be arranged based on project requirements.
