Description
The 100mm x 10mm aluminium flat bar with a 5 mm corner radius is a solid and high-strength extrusion profile made from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for applications where both mechanical performance and edge durability are critical, its softened corners reduce stress concentration and enhance aesthetics.
This profile is widely used in machine construction, architectural structures, mounting plates, and heavy-duty enclosures. The 10 mm thickness delivers excellent load-bearing performance, while the broad 100 mm face allows for effective panel support and fixture integration.
It comes with a smooth mill finish by default and can be supplied with anodised or powder-coated surfaces for extra corrosion resistance or visual appeal. Standard supply length is 6 metres; custom lengths and fabrication options are available for volume orders.
