Description

The 100mm x 1.5mm aluminium flat bar is a thin and wide profile extruded from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. Designed for lightweight applications where surface coverage and corrosion resistance are priorities, this profile is ideal for cladding, edge finishing, signage backing, and architectural detailing.

Its 1.5 mm thickness ensures easy formability and effortless processing in CNC cutting, drilling, and bending operations, while the 100 mm width provides excellent face area for visual or functional integration into large panels and assemblies.

The profile is supplied in mill finish as standard, with anodised or powder-coated options available for additional protection or design enhancement.
