The 40mm x 40mm x 4mm aluminium angle is an extra-rigid equal leg profile designed for structural applications requiring high load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability. Manufactured from EN AW-6063 alloy in T6 temper, this heavy-duty profile offers outstanding corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and durability.
With a robust 4mm wall thickness, it is ideal for heavy structural frames, reinforced corners, machinery bases, and industrial enclosures operating under mechanical stress. Despite its thickness, it remains workable and can be cut, drilled, welded, or surface-treated with ease.
Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish. Optional anodising or powder coating is available to meet project-specific requirements.
