Description
The 40mm x 40mm x 2mm aluminium angle is a durable equal leg profile ideal for medium to heavy-duty structural and framing applications. Manufactured from EN AW-6063 alloy in T6 temper, it offers a strong balance between rigidity, machinability, and corrosion resistance.
This profile is commonly used in industrial frameworks, equipment enclosures, structural supports, and heavy-duty architectural detailing. With its 2mm wall thickness, it ensures stability in bracketing and corner reinforcement, while still being easy to cut, drill, and weld.
Each profile is supplied in standard 6-metre lengths with a clean mill finish. Optional surface treatments such as powder coating or anodising can be applied on request for added durability or visual effect.
