Description
The 40mm x 40mm x 1.5mm aluminium angle is a versatile equal leg profile designed for medium-duty framing, edging, and structural trim work. Made from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper, it offers improved strength over thinner variants while remaining easy to cut, machine, and surface-treat.
This profile is commonly used in architectural structures, modular panels, machine covers, and furniture frameworks. With a 1.5mm wall thickness, it provides enhanced rigidity while maintaining a clean, lightweight form — ideal for both visual detailing and functional reinforcement.
Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a smooth mill finish. Powder coating or anodising can be applied on request for improved durability or custom colour requirements.
