Description

The 40mm x 40mm x 3mm aluminium T bar is a medium-weight structural profile manufactured from EN AW-6063 aluminium alloy in T6 temper. With its symmetrical geometry and increased 3mm wall thickness, this aluminium T section provides added strength while maintaining excellent workability and corrosion resistance.

It is suitable for use in structural framing, partition systems, architectural trims, and light mechanical assemblies where enhanced durability is required. The clean surface and consistent cross-section make it ideal for anodising, powder coating, and CNC machining.

Supplied in 6-metre standard lengths with a mill finish. Cut-to-length, anodising, and powder coating options are available upon request for project-based or high-volume orders.
